• MChem(Hons) Chemistry with medicinal chemistry

Research Interests

Oliver’s research project is based on the combinatorial discovery of peptide materials as ice binding protein mimics.

From Arundel, West Sussex, Oliver graduated Keele University with a 1st Class Chemistry with medicinal chemistry MChem degree in 2025. During his degree he undertook several research projects, including a summer research project with Prof. Gavin Miller, awarded and funded by the Royal Society of Chemistry, to develop C5-modified nucleoside analogues. Subsequently, Oliver re-joined the Miller Group for his final year MChem project, researching the synthesis of 6’-monofluroinated carbocyclic nucleoside analogues.
